Seoul - First trip
Seoul - An Album
Last July 26, 2005 just barely three weeks here in Korea, the Foundation had its summer vacation. So Agnes, Mus and I decided to go to Seoul to visit NGOs. My immediate contact was Joyce and CONET, Reverend Park and Mr. Choi. With the help of Mariko, I was re-introduced to Atty. Jeff Plantilla, I've met him before during my CPAR days (voulnteer work with the peasant coalition).
So here goes our pix in Seoul, this is a retrospect - well just last month though...
trip to Insadong, the dolls, the masks, with Ayoung and Joyce
a dinner courtesy of CONET and groups, ah yes they adopted us for 2 nites, thanks so much to their hospitality, the resto is cute, the wall is a big grafitti wall, Agnes made her marks
Sarangbang and Minbyun visit, thanks for their time
a visit to Suwon migrants workers center and women's center, they hosted a dinner for us, thanks to Joyce and the group
it was an experience learning to ride the Seoul subway and maximizing its amenities and services - Itaewon ifo/tourist center with free net access and we don't have to carry our luggage we left it at the subway's paid lockers.
